This week's topic was 'gravity'. This illustration is born of my not-so-fond memories of being pelted with those freakishly painful red gym balls during school-yard games of dodge ball.
I had some fun scanning my original sketch into Photoshop and rendering the ball & shadow digitally.

"sprout" - Illustration Friday Topic (2/4/07)

This is my first post to Illustration Friday. I found these sketches I had done a few years ago and they seemed to fit tha' bill. Not sure which one I like best.
